Should you wish to return your purchase, you must do it within 14 days of receiving your order, whether it did not fit, the product is not as expected or you simply changed your mind.


The returned item must be in brand new condition, tagged, unwashed, unworn, folded, ideally in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns if the items are not in condition to resell. In those cases, we will return the package to the customer and no credit will be due.


Also, any return requests received after 14 days of receipt will not be accepted.


For returns, please email to quoting your order details. Once we receive your return request, we will provide you instructions to proceed.


We are not responsible for postage/shipping charges on returns.


We highly recommend that returns are sent by tracked service or registered post and we advise you retain the proof of postage since you are responsible for your parcel until it has been received by us. We regret we cannot accept liability for items lost, stolen or misplaced in transit. Please, also ensure that the items are well packed so no damage is caused in transit. We will not be responsible for such damage, as well.


As soon as we receive your return, we will check the items and provided they meet all the criteria as described above, the customer will be given 2 options:


  • Credit in the same amount of purchase (excluded shipping charges when applicable) to buy another item on our website, within 30 days. In this case, we will provide the customer a coupon code to be used at the checkout.

  • Credit in the same amount of purchase (excluded shipping charges when applicable) using your original payment method. We will refund you as quickly as possible. Please be aware that this process can take up to 30 days to be completed.

Important information: we do not process returns on personalized items, hats, mittens, socks, tights, hair clips and headbands or sale items, unless faulty.

Clearance items: NO returns or exchanges.

Faulty/Incorrect items

All items are carefully checked before dispatch. However, if by any chance you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please email to, within 48 hours, quoting your order details and a description of the damage or incorrect item(s).


Once we receive a return request, we will agree on an exchange or credit and provide the customer all the instructions to return the item.


Damaged or incorrect items must be returned tagged, unwashed, unused, unworn and repacked in their original packaging.
